Getting to Excellence can design a training course to meet your organization's needs or we can implement a course which we have already designed.  We have courses in team building, project management, strategic planning and visioning, coaching styles for managers and leaders, system enhancement, performance management, facilitation skills, change management, leadership, and middle management.  We can work with you to put together the most appropriate course which responds to issues raised by our organizational development consulting process.

 

Training offers a time away from the office to learn new skills and to plan new strategies of "being" within the organization.  Yet, to truly practice and maintain the skills learned, the staff needs reinforcement of the new values and skills learned and the organization often needs to be coaxed to allow the new skills.  Our training follow-up coaching program helps the organization and the staff manifest the new skills, processes, approaches, and values in daily work life and in dealings with clients and other organizations.
