Who We Are

Randal Joy Thompson is President and CEO.  She has been helping organizations achieve excellence for over twenty-eight years in the United States, India, Cameroon, Morocco, Nicaragua, Romania, Ukraine, and Mongolia.

Randal has an MBA and MA from the University of Chicago, a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Certificate in Organizational Development Consulting from Georgetown University.  She also received a Certificate in Senior Executive Management and has published on evaluation, organization , and international development topics.  Randal also has a MA in Biblical Studies from Capital Bible Seminary and has worked with many Christian organizations. She served as a Foreign Service Officer for the United States Agency for International Development for 27 years.

Randal is a member of the Organizational Development Institute.
